Hani Takla

Assistant Vice President, Contracts and Grants

Since joining Blumont in 2014, Hani has overseen all aspects of contracts and grants operations for headquarters and the field, including but not limited to, procurement processes, regulatory and policy compliance, trainings, audits, proposals development, negotiations with donors, and award implementation.

Prior to joining Blumont, Hani worked with institutional government contractors and was a Contracting Officer with USAID for more than 33 years. He established and supervised contracting operations in countries throughout the Middle East, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

Hani hold a bachelor’s degree from Alexandria University and is FAC Level III certified by USG.
