Graham Couturier
President & CEO, Equal Access International
Graham Couturier is the President & CEO of Equal Access International (EAI). Graham brings more than 12 years of experience implementing innovative programs across Africa and South Asia. He leads EAI鈥檚 overall strategy and executive leadership, and drives EAI's growth and diversification.
Over the past decade at EAI, Graham launched new country programs in Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cote d鈥橧voire, Mali, Nigeria, Kenya, and the Philippines. He also strengthened EAI鈥檚 innovative approach that combines media and communications with grassroots community outreach. Prior to his appointment as CEO in January 2022, Graham served as Executive Vice President, Director of Programs, and Africa Director.
Before joining EAI, Graham worked for Search for Common Ground for five years focusing on East, Southern, and West Africa. He has an MBA from the HEC-Paris School of Management and a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy (MALD) from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (Tufts University).
